Vol 2 is an extension to Vol 1. however it can be followed independently.
Volume 2 includes a 4-week nutrition and training program that focuses on more advanced fundamentals such as micronutrients and dives deeper into nutrition.
This program also includes workout demo videos and a full 4-week workout plan.
