Charcoal Smoothie Recipe
I'm always asked what supplements I use. A stable supplement i've been using over the years is protein powder and that's due to it's utility and convenience. Whenever I'm short on time or craving something sweet, I resort to protein powder to get the job done.
One of the biggest challenges for most of my clients when it comes to nutrition is meeting their protein requirements. When I'm craving something sweet, I'll turn my protein smoothie into an "acai bowl" and add some granola and delicious healthy toppings. What really makes my smoothies sweet and satisfying are the superfood mixes. In this recipe, I'm using my favorite (the black superfood charcoal mix).

Ingredients
- 1 scoop Women's Best Vegan Vanilla Protein Powder

- 1cup of raw oats
- 1 cup almond milk/coconut milk
- 1 cup ice

Pour ingredients into your cup and blend. That's it!

For those who prefer a thinner shake, add an extra cup of almond milk, or milk of choice.

For those who enjoy creamy thick shakes, I recommend adding your milk base slowly to avoid over pouring.
