Protein Ice Cream
Today's sweet tooth recipe is perfect for a hot day summer treat!
Literally tastes like frozen yogurt with 80% less sugar and triple the protein intake.
The Recipe:
- 1 Scoop WomensBest Collagen Peptides (Unflavored)
- 2 Scoops WomensBest Vegan Protein Powder
- 20 drops WB NutNout Flavor Drops
- 1/2 tsp Guar Guam
- 1 cup Almond Milk
- 2 cups of Ice
Mix until you get a creamy texture (30-60 seconds)
If your mix comes out icy, add more protein powder and guar gum. If it comes out too thick (which is impossible, hehe) then add more almond milk.
Toppings (optional)
- Legendary Cinnabon Almond Butter
- Berries
- Chia Seeds
- Honey
- Coconut Flakes
- Almonds/nuts
