Chocolate Coconut Peanut Butter Stuffed Muffins 

 

These low carb double chocolate protein muffins are easy to make, moist & delicious. This healthy protein muffin recipe needs just 10-15 minutes prep time!

 

Ingredients:

2 scoops womensbest protein powder 

2 whole eggs

2 cups oat flour

1 tsp guar gum

1 tbsp vanilla extract

2 tsbp coconut flavor drops 

1 cup almond milk 

handful coconut flakes

 

Filling:
