 1 Hour Lecture Class : This is a lecture class only (no workout)!

I’ll be sharing my philosophy behind my Hybrid Training methods and how you can follow my simple steps to sustain a healthier lifestyle long-term along with helping you understand what your goal is and how you can actually reach it. The lecture will discuss nutrition, dieting, training styles/programming and any Q&A’s. The purpose of this class is to educate you with my many years of experience and knowledge so that you can leave class with a clear understanding of what you need to do. No more confusion, no more excuses, no more wasted time!


  1½ Hour Hybrid Training Class: This is the actual workout!

I’m here to teach beginners or advanced individuals how to improve themselves physically and mentally! By the time you leave my class you will feel stronger and more confident than ever.
